1. Delivery

Your order will be shipped via own transport from BIMAS N.V., or Post NL. The estimated delivery times are stated at check-out, however are subject to change and BIMAS is not liable for delay caused by mail or force majeure. We will contact you for a suitable delivery time. If you are not present at the agreed time and place, we will make a new appointment, however, we will charge Eur 35.

If your delivery address is on the Wadden Islands, delivery times may take longer.

BIMAS N.V. Bike Store strongly discourages deliveries to hotels or couriers from third parties. Any order placed for delivery to a hotel or a third party courier is entirely at your own risk. For this reason, we regret to inform you that BIMAS N.V. Bike Store does not accept any liability for orders that do not reach hotels or couriers of third parties or that are damaged upon receipt. However, we will do our best to help in such situations.

2. Return policy

BIMAS N.V. Bike Store offers a very convenient and hassle-free return policy, after all, we are here to help! Read below for full details of our returns policy.


– Cancellations / Order void


– Return without reason within 14 days reflection period (unwanted product / not defective)

– Return due to defect / warranty


As long as your order has not yet been prepared by our team for delivery, you can cancel your order. Simply go to your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, please see our returns policy.


In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation of 2013, you have the right to cancel your order in writing (with the exception of personalized products) 14 working days from the day you received the goods. Please see the return policy below about return method and costs:

Undesired product / not defective

If you changed your mind during your purchase, you have 14 days (from time of delivery) to return it! Make sure you meet the following criteria:

• Products must be in unused condition as they were delivered to you

• Packed in the original packaging (unmarked)

• Provided with a printed return slip

• Please carefully follow the instructions that you will find in the confirmation email from our service team regarding the return.

The costs for returning are for your account. If we agree that BIMAS NV will return your bicycle and this actually happens at the agreed time, we will charge Eur 35. Any other shipping method is at your expense and responsibility.

If this applies, we request you to send an email to Please include at least the following information in your message:

– Your name and address

– The type of bicycle you want to return

– The frame number of the bicycle in question

– The order number with which you made your purchase

As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will check whether everything is complete and whether there are any damages. Any missing parts or damage will be deducted from your amount to be credited. Of course we will keep you informed. We will then pay the amount to you to the account number from which you also paid the order.

3. Defective product / warranty

If you believe that an item is defective, we ask you to report this as soon as possible via

For this, use at least the following information in your message:

– Your name and address

– Telephone number where you can usually be reached easily

– The type of bike you want to report

– The order number with which you made your purchase

– Description of the defect

– Photos: 1x total bike, 1x frame number, 1x detail photo of the defect / error code

If you submit your report completely according to the above procedure, we will contact you and do our utmost to solve the problems together with you. In the subsequent communication we will explain step by step what the steps to take are. Often it will mean that we will first have to bring the bicycle to our workshop and from there we can make a clear diagnosis.
